  • Farmwicks Candle Co. is located in Blackstone, MA where we hand pour all our products in small batches to ensure the best quality products we can deliver.

  • We do! If you are local to our area simply choose the local pick up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to pick up your order!

  • Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days except during the holidays. Those times could take 5-10 days. However, we strive to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

  • At this time we are only shipping within the USA.

  • At this time, we do not offer returns/refunds due to the nature of our products. However, we want to be certain that you are 100% happy and satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If your product is faulty due to OUR craftmanship or arrives damaged, we will always make sure you are satisfied.

    We do not offer returns on products if care instructions were not followed or if you do not like the scent of a product.

  • We do! If you are looking to place a large order for wedding/baby /event favors please contact us to discuss exactly what you’re looking for. We will also need a 3-4 week lead time to make sure your products have enough time to cure before use. You can reach us at Farmwicksco@gmail.com

  • Our products are designed to enhance your spaces with a level of fragrance that is highly detectable without being overpowering. All our products are subject to your own sensitivity to fragrance, the size of your rooms, and the warmers you use. Most of our products are offered in such a way that you can adjust to your own personal levels depending on these factors.

  • We use 100% Soy and a Soy blend for all our wax products. These are paraben and phthalate free, vegan friendly and cruelty free waxes.

  • We source the highest quality fragrance oils from very reputable companies to scent all our products. They’re all manufactured right here in the USA. They’re all vegan friendly and never tested on animals. At this time all are phthalate free, if in the future one is used that isn’t it will be listed in the product description. We follow strict IFRA guidelines when working with these oils for your safety.
